As we continue to evolve our creative technology, we’re launching the AI Visualization Task Force — an internal R&D unit focused on building proprietary AI workflows that redefine how visualization is produced, optimized, and delivered.

About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Workflow Architect — a multidisciplinary thinker who operates at the intersection of design, visualization, and artificial intelligence.

This role is both creative and technical. You’ll design, prototype, and document new AI-powered workflows that enhance our artists’ productivity, accelerate project delivery, and unlock new creative possibilities. Your work will help shape how Rendify integrates AI as a core engine of creativity and innovation across all production pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Map existing 3D visualization pipelines (modeling, materials, lighting, rendering, QA) to identify AI-driven efficiency opportunities.
• Design and prototype AI-integrated workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, ComfyUI, Runway, Blender, Unreal, Make.com, or n8n.
• Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, and developers to implement automation and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Document successful workflows into internal playbooks, templates, and visual diagrams.
• Train creative teams on AI tools and workflows for responsible, effective use.
• Research and report on emerging AI tools, models, and techniques relevant to visualization and design.
• Partner with leadership to transform R&D breakthroughs into client-facing products (e.g., AI Concept Engine, AI Material Lab).

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of 3D visualization workflows (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Unreal, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Krea, ComfyUI, ControlNet, nano banana, etc.).
• Ability to connect tools via APIs, Make.com, n8n, or Python scripts.
• Highly organized, experimental mindset — you enjoy testing, iterating, and documenting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to visualize complex processes clearly.

Bonus Skills

• Scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or Grasshopper).
• Background in automation, design systems, or creative operations.
• Portfolio showcasing AI-assisted visualization or creative workflows.
